A clear technical foundation to define your timber project from the start

Ecopanelia is not a house catalogue or a fixed-price offer. It is an industrialised timber construction system defined before the executive project, so architectural design is based on real technical criteria from the very beginning.

The system starts with a prior definition of the most suitable timber structure for each project —light-frame, CLT or hybrid solutions— considering the use of the home, regulations, site conditions and energy performance goals.

This definition allows for greater design accuracy, reduces technical uncertainty and coordinates architecture, structure and industrialisation from the origin of the project.

Ecopanelia does not replace the architect. It integrates with the architect as the technical foundation of the construction system, supporting decision-making and avoiding costly changes in later stages.

Once this foundation is clear, it makes sense to move forward with a project-specific study, analysing the plot, needs and cost ranges before entering design and construction.
